Your Weight Loss Options

If you are trying to start your weight loss journey or are already in your weight loss journey make sure you are doing it right. So Lets just get into it.

First off I would just like to start off by saying most weight loss products are a waste of time and can be extremely bad for you. If you are trying to lose weight, you need to stay away from the following:

  • Weight loss pills- These are not good for you and most of the time do not work. They are extremely hard on your digestive system and can cause you kidneys and other digestive organs to go bad at an older age. Do not take these
  • Acai berry remedies and other remedies- I do not want to sound to blunt, but these are pretty much a huge scam. First off the product is usually unreliable, but it does make you lose some weight. I will tell you the kind of weight it makes you lose too. When you take these products most of the time they have chemicals and minerals in them that pull water from your body and make you urinate it out. So pretty much when you take these, you are not getting any healthier, you are only getting rid of your water weight. And also there have been many, many complaints about these companies stealing credit card info. Stay away from these
  • Stomach rings- First off getting a surgery for a stomach ring is moderately dangerous. Second they do not always work. You see they are putting a ring inside of your body that makes you want to eat less is definitely not good for you. This is not good for you because, on top of the side affects and possible medical problems down the road, it does not teach you what to eat. So sure you will eat less, but you still might be a very unhealthy person if you are not eating the right things. Not to mention it is bad for your “wallet” too

In conclusion, there is not easy way out! I am not trying to sound negative here, I am just trying to point out that the only healthy safe way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. So my suggestion to you would be start working out and clean up your diet.
