The weight loss diet supplement industry is huge and many people spend thousands of dollars each year on them, with the hope of speeding up their weight loss plan. The only benefit so far detected is that it contains Psyllium which helps in controlling blood cholesterol and sugar.

One latest innovation in the fat loss industry is by way of skin absorption. One such product is Cutting Gel which is an Epidril product and a fast seller in fat loss creams. You have to rub this cream where you want to cut the fat. The question is does it work?

So far the conclusion to draw on weight loss diet supplements is that they are a waste of your money and time. You are better off investing some of the money you waste on a good pair of walking shoes. A twenty minute a day brisk walk and a well balanced nutritious diet is all you need to lose weight.
