I personally found the motivational tips and photos of Michelle, or Mish as she is affectionately known, as a little bit of a boost when needed. Michelle is my age so it really helps to see that you can maintain health and fitness as we age.

Everything is set out in such a way that it really is as easy as following the steps and documenting your weight and measurement goals towards the ultimate end.

Mish is honest enough to tell us how hard it will be and even people like her have days that they don’t feel like it. That is a surprise right? She is human and has little cheats like the rest of it, but she is just better at keeping it in perspective.

Michelle’s Total Body Transformation Journal is jam-packed with everything you could possibly need and information that you didn’t know you needed until you had it. There are loads of practical advice, expert knowledge and it actually makes you want to get out and go for a run.

The exercise programs are easy to follow as a step by step guide, the recipes are very easy and quick with beautiful photos. As someone who likes to keep things simple, both of these things appeal to me.

I believe Michelle Bridges to be the most influential expert in weight loss, health and fitness. Nothing is dull, everything is in plain English and makes the best of us aspire to fitness. Her books: Crunch Time, Crunch Time Cookbook, Losing The Last Five Kilos, 5 Minutes A Day, The No Excused Cookbook, Your Best Body and this one, are all best sellers and you will see why.

My main take away is that this really is a lifestyle change. You need to be consistent in your diet and exercise and focus on your mindset. I wish you the best on your health and fitness journey and I know this will get you there.
